Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10

1. What Pzishky is

Pzishky is a study platform for medical students in Iraq: OSCE stations and timed circuits, a question bank, flashcards, a library of lectures, and a spaced-repetition review queue. It is run by its founder as a small, independent project. It is free during the beta and the launch period.

2. Educational use only

Everything on Pzishky — lectures, questions, explanations, and anything else — is written for studying and exam preparation. It is not medical advice, not a clinical reference, and not a substitute for your teachers, textbooks, guidelines, or clinical judgement. Never use Pzishky content to make decisions about the care of a real patient. Medicine changes, and content here may be incomplete, simplified, out of date, or wrong. If you find an error, use "Report an issue" on the page — we fix things, but we cannot promise they are right at any given moment.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old. While sign-up is invite-only, you also need an invite code to create an account.
  • One account per person. Keep your password private; what happens under your login is your responsibility.
  • Your account may be active on at most two devices at a time (phone + laptop). You can log out a device from your account settings to free a slot. This limit exists to protect the content the editors write.
  • You can delete your account yourself at any time from the account page. Deletion is permanent (see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed).

4. Fair use of the content

The lectures and questions belong to Pzishky and its authors. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, sell, or republish them, share your login, or use automated tools to extract content. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. The beta

Pzishky is in beta. Things will break, change, and occasionally disappear. We may add or remove features, reset data where unavoidable, or close the beta, with as much notice as we reasonably can give (usually a message in the app or the Telegram group). Your study data is backed up daily, but you should not treat Pzishky as the only copy of anything you care about.

6. No warranties, limited liability

Pzishky is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pzishky and its founder are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, including anything that follows from relying on its content.

7. Changes

If these terms change materially, we will tell you in the app and ask you to accept the new version. The date at the top is the version you accepted at signup.

8. Contact
